Lodging
On-Campus Housing
Participants may choose to stay in Virginia Tech summer conference housing. Air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms in New Hall West come with Ethernet and cable connections and phones with local calling only. Each guest receives two sets of sheets, two towels, washcloth, pillow and pillowcase, and blanket. (Rooms have tended on the cold side in the past, so bringing an extra blanket is recommended!) Single rooms are $59/night, and double rooms are $51/night per person.

Christiansburg Microtel Inn
This newer facility provides basic lodging at an affordable price. Amenities include free wireless Internet and long-distance calling and complimentary breakfast. The inn is between five and ten minutes from campus by car and very close to several dining and shopping options, including the New River Valley Mall.

The Inn at Virginia Tech
Located on the edge of campus, The Inn at Virginia Tech is the largest hotel and conference center in Blacksburg. Amenities include free wireless Internet and a full-service restaurant and bar on premises. Although only a five-to-ten-minute walk to Squires Student Center, the Inn also offers free shuttle service.
