The Fourteenth Annual Virginia Tech Honor Band
The Fourteenth Annual Virginia Tech Honor Band will be held from January 21-23, 2011, in Blacksburg, Virginia. More than 500 students from 170 schools in seven states attend the event each year. Participants are nominated by their band director and spend the weekend in rehearsals, clinics, and performances on the Virginia Tech campus. The final concert is at 1 p.m. on Sunday, January 23, 2011, in Burruss Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public.
Nominations will be accepted through the Virginia Tech Department of Music website from October 1, 2010, through 11:59 p.m., November 1, 2010.
