The Department of Music offers undergraduate degree programs in performance, composition, education, and technology. Students at Virginia Tech study with distinguished performers, composers, and scholars, and attend concerts by internationally known visiting artists. The department features a variety of performing ensembles, both large and small, including orchestra, bands, choirs, and chamber ensembles.
